What we do
Based in the Hawke's Bay, we provide renovation services, including project management, to enable property investors both locally and out-of-town to maximise the potential of their investment.
We understand that rental property owners do not like to spend money unnecessarily, so we are very careful to make sure you do not over-capitalize your investment by going over-board with repair work or a renovation!

Estimation and Quoting
We work to your budget and indicate the best way to invest your funds, where the budget is limited. Depending on the objective we can assist in renovating or maintaining the property to ensure the greatest increase in value of the property, and maximise the rental return.
A service fee applies and if the Quote or Estimate is accepted, then this fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
General Maintenance Work
Properties all need minor repairs and maintenance over time and if the work is not done when it is a small job this can lead to greater costs over time. A quote will be supplied for all work over $300.
We have a team of qualified professionals to draw on for all types of service repairs and maintenance work.
Renovation Work
Whether it is an interior and or exterior paint, new roof, replacing a kitchen, modernising a bathroom, altering the layout, or landscaping we have the team of qualified professionals and the systems in place to minimise the risk for all types of work, whatever your budget.
Using either our team or some of your own professionals, we will remove the pain of the renovation process!
All works are completed as per a quote with a clear scope and strict quality assurance. Photos are supplied throughout the renovation process so you can see the progress being made.
Project Management
We will manage the entire renovation process from quote to completion, co-ordinating the trades people along the way and ensuring that the job comes in on time and meets your budget.
Fees are based on the job or an hourly rate.
